How to Initiate A Refund

In case you are unsatisfied with the received purchase, we request you to reach us at service@gokulala.com with your order details, and we shall revert back to you at the earliest with the details of return shipping process. Please note that if the item is crashed during the transportation, we will bear the shipping fee. However, if the item being returned without any problem, you need to pay for the shipping fee.

 

Returns

We are happy to assist you in returning the goods according to the following criteria:

This product can only be purchased from gokulala.com and not from any other retailer, whether online or offline.

The return request should be made within 30 working days from the date of delivery. We will not be able to provide refunds or exchanges for any orders with a refund period of more than 30 working days.

To be eligible for return, your product must be unused and in the same condition as the product you received. It must also be in the original packaging.

Unused products should carry all labels, the original packaging should be kept intact, and should be sent with the product.

The product should reach us in a saleable state.

Kindly note that during a promotion, specific rules will apply for returning a promotional product or freebies if the correct product has been delivered, only in case we send a wrong product or wrong size we will accept return.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping cost of the returned merchandise. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

 

Delay in receiving the order

If you have not received the product and cannot track it, we recommend that you contact us via email so that we can provide you with the correct details. We will strictly deal with such problems and take necessary measures to resolve them as soon as possible.

In this case, we can cancel your order and process the refund in your bank account or track your order and expedite delivery.

According to our policy, you are not entitled to any cash refund.

Returns will only be deposited into your bank account in the form of a credit.

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to process exchanges. We apologize for the inconvenience. If you have received an incorrect or defective product, please send your request to our customer service team, and you will receive a response as soon as possible.
